Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Here are my terms of service.Payment:
Payment is either all upfront before the commission has been started or half up front and half after the commission is finished.Refunds will not be accepted past the sketch.The finished piece will be given to you once payment is received in full.If DividedFox is unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be given to the client. The client is unable to use the in-progress artwork made by DividedFox.Client Rights:
The client reserves the right to use the artwork given by DividedFox for personal, noncommercial uses.The client reserves the right to any of their own original characters drawn by DividedFox
The client reserves the right to post the finished artwork on their social media account(s), provided DividedFox is credited by either linking their Caard page or tagging them on the social media of choice.The client reserves the right to have their own original characters credited as owned by them when DividedFox posts the finished piece to their social media accounts.Artist Rights:
DividedFox reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.DividedFox reserves the right to add additional fees on top of the base fee, depending on the detail of the piece or if significant revisions are requested.DividedFox Will Draw:

DividedFox will give the client a sketch. At this time the client is free to ask for major changes to the piece.Once the sketch is approved, the client will be given the flat color of the piece. The client is free to ask for minor changes to the color choices and minor changes to the composition of the piece. DividedFox will ask the client what they want for the background of the piece at this time.DividedFox will then give the client the finished, fully rendered piece. Minimal color changes can be made at this time. Changes to composition or other major changes will incur additional fees.If DividedFox makes a mistake in the character design, such as wrong markings, they will fix the design at any time for free. It is the client's responsibility to mention those mistakes.By commissioning DividedFox, you agree to the terms of service stipulated here.
